She lives on a farm in Saskatchewan with her husband, Otto. All 3,232 kilometers it will take her to get to Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has never seen the ocean and she is going to change that before it's too late. I will try to remember to come back.Įtta will be 83 in August. I've never seen the water, so I've gone there. I even made a (rough) map of her journey and included excerpts to ignite your interest in this unique and special tale. I happened upon an advanced reader's copy of this book, and I am going to really do my darnedest to convince anyone who is reading this review to give this book a shot because it is now one of my favorites ever. ![]()
